The goal at Victory Hill Training Center is to produce horses that can carry their riders in the show ring, on the trail, Cutting, on a working cattle ranch or Versatility Ranch Horse Competition in the safest and most pleasurable manner.
Victory Hill Training Center is situated on the banks of the “Little Arkansas” River in the high mountain valley of Salida, Colorado. The center features indoor and outdoor arenas, large and small round pens, cattle pen, course obstacles (including streams & rivers), and accommodations for boarding over 20 horses.
Sandy Carpenter-Rose has dedicated over 30 years to training horses and riders to perform in many facets of the horse world. She has trained many National and Regional Champion show horses in Western and English Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, Park Horse, Driving, and Trail. She has judged open shows, 4-H shows, miniatures, and Arabian horses in shows all over the United States.
At Victory Hill, you will receive instruction on the proper way to handle and ride your horse. Situations which were once stressful will become relaxed and controlled, especially with problem horses.
